Jordan Lewis

Jordyn Lewis is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Southern Family Medicine who is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families throughout Southeast Georgia. Originally from Glennville, Georgia, Jordyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. She is board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia and is certified in CPR, First Aid, AED, and ACLS.

Before joining Southern Family Medicine in 2022, Jordyn gained valuable experience working in progressive care and infusion nursing at Memorial Health Meadows Physicians in Vidalia, Georgia. Her background in acute care, chronic disease management, and patient education allows her to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Jordyn is dedicated to helping patients improve their overall health through preventive care, individualized treatment plans, and strong provider-patient relationships.

Jordyn currently lives in Bellville, Georgia with her husband, Loren. Together they have two sons, Cason and Kipp, and are excitedly expecting another addition to their family soon. Outside of the office, Jordyn enjoys spending quality time with her family and serving the community she proudly calls home.
