Michala Dollar

Michala is the daughter of Mike and Jan Dollar and was born and raised in Claxton, Georgia, the community she proudly calls home. She graduated as an Honor Graduate from Pinewood Christian Academy in 2013 before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Cum Laude, from Georgia Southern University in 2017. She later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice specializing in Family Medicine at University of Alabama at Birmingham and is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Michala brings extensive clinical experience to patient care, including 3.5 years in critical care nursing and 3 years in PACU nursing. She was also a proud member of UAB’s Sigma Theta Tau, SCLA, and Golden Key honor societies. Michala currently resides in Statesboro and is engaged to be married, excitedly preparing to become a stepmother to two daughters.
