Katelyn Clinton

Katelyn Clifton is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner at Southern Family Medicine in Statesboro, Georgia. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University, graduating cum laude with her undergraduate degree. Katelyn has extensive experience caring for patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics, with a strong focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, and wellness visits.

Before joining Southern Family Medicine in 2020, Katelyn served patients throughout the region in both primary care and critical care settings. Her nursing background includes experience in intensive care and neonatal intensive care, where she developed a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and remains committed to helping patients improve their overall health and wellbeing through education, prevention, and personalized treatment plans.

Katelyn is proud to serve the community she calls home and values building lasting relationships with her patients and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and their three children, Bryce, Braelyn, and Helen Brooke.
